Ahead Building created an additional living area in this family home by constructing an indoor/outdoor extension. The finished design has textural aesthetic through use of sandstone pavers as a tile façade, complemented with a rendered finish. The expanding decking forms an impressive outdoor area perfect for entertaining friends and family. For those with a keen eye the entire decking looks to be secured nail free, this is achieved by a concealed fixing technique offered by Ahead Building upon request. The alfresco extension is a room that can be used all year around. When open, the stack sliding doors enhance the feeling of being outside amongst the outdoor elements, but when closed the double glazed windows and fully insulated floor creates comfort for the coldest of evenings. In later photos we showcase a magnificent 1.2 meter wide front door complimented by a porch and front garden that invites one to enter. This newly remodeled entrance is the perfect beginning to a beautiful home renovated by Ahead Building.
